A well-respected firm concentrating on workers' compensation matters, the Law Offices of Collins and Collins, P.C. is dedicated to providing quality legal representation to our clients.

Collins and Collins was founded by James Collins in 1957, with his son Peter joining the firm in 1989.   In 2016 the office merged with MacDonald & Wallace, another well-respected worker's compensation firm, and now includes three attorneys who together have over 60 years' experience handling all phases of workers' compensation claims.  Our combined experience enables us to efficiently analyze the issues, understand the pertinent medical and non-medical evidence, present cogent arguments based on the law and evidence and, where appropriate, negotiate a favorable resolution of the dispute.
